KBShimmer Coral Cream Plaid Floral Water Slide Decals

Happy Friday to all of you! I hope you've all had a great week. I've been so down in the dumps lately about blogging. I can't quite pin point what's wrong, but I've definitely been feelin' those blogger blues. To help, I decided to do some nail art!

I was recently in a holiday swap and I was gifted several water slide decals from KBShimmer. They have a lot to choose from, and I went out of my comfort zone with these.. Usually, I love loud and in your face decals, but I wanted to try a more classic, feminine look.

I tried to color match my polish to the decals but I had a difficult time, this was the closest match I could find! These decals are slightly different than what I'm used to from BPS, and a little more difficult to work with. The decal doesn't stay in place very well once I put it on the nail and it actually stained my cuticle where I took a brush with acetone to get off the excess. The images are very pixelated as well.
