Born Pretty Store Mermaid Water Decals

One more water decal from Born Pretty Store to share with you guys, at least for a while! I've tried mermaid stencils before, but never water decals, so these were interesting!

Water decals are so easy to use. Simply cut out the image, dip into water for 20 seconds, slide off decal, and apply onto a dry top coated base color. I used Bad Bitch Polish Orchid You Not from the Northern Hemisphere Collection and it's topped with Fairy Dust.
