Who is the worst nail blogger in all the land? Me. I haven't taken this long of a hiatus since I started blogging years ago! I'll be honest, I've been busy gaming. Destiny 2, Call of Duty WWII, and Sims 4 for Xbox have taken up most of my free time. Also I'm pretty busy from Thanksgiving until the end of the year, and truthfully nails haven't been much of a passion for me lately. I'm hoping things turn around in the new year for me. The Color Box: Rainbow & Giveaway

The latest edition of The Color Box is a special one, we decided to do a RAINBOW box! The color poll in the Facebook fan group isn't usually kind to yellow or orange, so we decided the best thing to do would be to release a special edition to make sure those colors got some love too. Hey everyone! Sorry for getting the DOTM up so late this month. This months is totally different and was a big surprise for me. When I got it, it was a light color. I thought "oh, that's pretty!" then when I went to swatch last night, it was a dark color. I thought I was crazy and never saw it the light color to begin with. Starting applying it and I was like "oh DUH, it's a thermal" lol.

Brandie, the maker of Nail Hoot, is a lover of birds and has many as pets. I'm honestly surprised it's taken her this long to release a collection inspired by the beautiful colors of birds! I must admit, I am afraid of birds. I know, it seems silly. I tried to conquer my fear several years ago by going to a bird sanctuary and that went horribly. The birds were aggressive and attacking the cage trying to get to my face, and one of the birds bit my husband. But hey..I tried!!

Let me tell you a little story about my dreams. The day before I got this months polish, I had a dream that I got the package and it was a multi colored glitter with silver. Crazy right? I think I had that dream because I was looking at swatches from August's Polish Pickup and there was a multi colored glitter polish, and I'd also checked the GlitterDaze fan group before bed.
